America Common Law Disconnect with Declaration and Constitution
“We hold these Truths to be self-evident that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain Unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness---That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to Institute new Government , laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such a Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness…”
Today, America has disconnected in such a Radical manner from the support of our Creator’s Endowment of Law to Officially declare before all men and to teach our Children that our Creator does not exist. America has allowed those of adequate amounts of rebellion against Jesus Christ’s Deity to usurp the very Foundations of our Free Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness to an Endowment of Just and Equal Law to have had its Origins in a Theory of development from Nothing through Worms, Fish, Reptiles, Amphibians and Monkeys that is called the Science of Evolution.
Is it any wonder that Pornography, Public Nudity, Vulgarity, Libel, Teenage Boys and Girls together in Restrooms and Showers are declared as Freedom of Speech; Murdering of Innocent Babies, Euthanasia of Elderly and Disabled, Marriage of same Genders declared as Constitutional Rights; Oaths of Marriage, Oaths of Service, Oaths of Ethics declared as meaningless and solvent without Consequence; Fraud, Extortion, Bribery, Treason, Sedition and Compromise of National and Personal Security declared as normal courses of Government and Business; Security of Borders and Points of Entry declared as Unfair, Immoral and an Infringement of World Rights to those of other Languages, Cultures and Religions to Invade America and convert our Nation into a Third World Menagerie of Confusion and Civil War; Confiscation and Taking of Private Property for the use of anyone from anywhere, wild animals, snakes, reptiles, bugs, etc., and saving of the Planet from one of the essentials of Life, Carbon Dioxide that is an essential element for the production of all Food, while prohibiting the use of Carbon Energy without which our Modern Life Styles cannot Survive.
Appointment of Judges that have no regard whatsoever for our Founding Principle of all Law based upon the Laws of our Creator and electing Legislators who Abrogated (repealed, annulled or abolished) their duty to these Godless Judges. Judges and Congressmen who have built a body of “Common Law” that has piece by piece dismantled our Constitution and Founding Principles of the Declaration of Independence which detailed the “Long Train of Abuses and Usurpations” that England’s Monarchy was forcing upon the Colonists. Today, these same types of Tyranny are being forced upon America, because We the People are standing or sitting by as our Nation of Freedom’s Bill of Rights is being dismantled by the Obama’s, Clinton’s, Soros’s, Globalists, Professors, Politicians and Judges as we allow the Press to confuse America into protecting these Tyrants instead of Prosecuting and giving them Jail Cells they have earned.
